“ Having visited this Starbucks a handful of times on a Sunday morning or after work, I think it's a typical/reliable Starbucks. Easy to access from El Torro Road, and located close to two of the major supermarkets - Stater Bros and Grocery Outlet. I do wish the indoor area had more seating, as it can get cramped during rush hour. But, I like that they have outdoor seating, and the staff is friendly and helpful, in my experience. ”

I used to go to whatever one was nearby for convenience, but ever since I tried this location, I have made it my favorite the crew here are happy and upbeat and remembered my name and order so quickly. The whole crew deserves a shout out, but watching Kota, Kaylie and Allissa effortlessly handle the rush of customers while maintaining a comfortable ambience inspired me to make this post. “ I love their curbside pick up option- it was a huge plus during the height of the pandemic when I was avoiding going into store unnecessarily and it continues to be helpful post vaccinations/with numbers getting a bit more under control. Popped out during my lunch break today to run an errand and ordered in the app for curbside pickup to grab on my way back home- my drink was ready right as scheduled, tasted perfect, and was delivered to my car by a friendly face moments after I clicked the "i'm here" button in my app. Thank you to the baristas at this location for delivering great service! :) ”
“ Update: 2020 So, something has changed since COVID and they have been awesome. The energy here is so much better the staff has been so pleasant. I have visited several times for the pumpkin spice season, and they are consistently kind! The lattes have been delicious as well and I recommend giving them a shot if you have had poor experiences in the past. Good vibes! Proof that companies can turn a corner and change for the better if they choose. If you have had disappointing experiences in the past here, give them another shot-- I did and am happy to report positive experiences now. ------------ Update: Poor customer service today! I clearly ordered two old fashioned donuts, a lemon cake, and a coffee then paid. I am waiting for the last item for an extended period of time and nobody asks can they assist me. Finally, I approach the young lady making the coffees to see if the last item is coming and she yells for the last item. We both notice the item I stated was in the bag, but another item was missing and she says 'well, if you want that item you'll just have to go back around and pay for it since it doesn't look like she rung it up.' Not only was that moment a reflection of the fact that they didn't care about the customers time, but now I am some how at fault for the cashiers error. Starbucks was once the premiere coffee go to shop, but they are becoming the McDonalds of coffee...skip a rock and you can hit another location. UPDATE: tried this location to is evening and the late afternoon crew is much nicer and more social. ”
